摘 要:选择氧化淀粉液为水玻璃砂改性剂,用氧化淀粉与n粉为水玻璃砂的复合溃散剂。通过对6%水玻璃砂常温抗拉强度及高温残留强度等工艺性进行实验研究,验证了改性方法的有效性,能较好的改善水玻璃砂的溃散性,提高了旧砂的回收利用率。The oxidized starch solution was selected as mo difier of water glass sand, the oxidized starch and n powder were selected as compound disperser of water glass sand. Through experimental study on tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature residual strength of 6% water glass sand, the validity of the modified method was verified, which can better improve the collapsibility of water glass sand and increase the recycling utilization rate of old sand.
