摘  要:面扫描三维测量技术作为一种快速、便携、高精度的非接触式三维测量技术,在铸造领域得到了广泛的应用。本文研制了一套蓝光面扫描三维测量系统,该系统采用先进的蓝光技术,消除被测物体表面多反射特性的影响,提高了三维测量精度,单次测量精度达到0.02 mm,整体测量精度达到0.05 mm/m。并针对现有面扫描三维测量技术依靠标志点进行多视点云拼接的缺点,提出了一种基于几何特征的无标记点拼接算法,减少了人工干预,提高了测量效率。3D measurement technique of surface scanning, as a kind of rapidportable, portability, high-precision and non-contact 3D measurement technology, has been widely used in casting field. A set of 3D measurement system of blue light surface scanning was developed with advanced blue-ray technology. The system can eliminate the influence of multiple reflection characteristics of the tested surface and improve 3D measurement accuracy. The single measurement precision reach 0.02 mm and the whole measurement accuracy reach 0.05 mm/m. For overcoming existing shortcoming of register multi view point clouds in 3D surface measurement techniques, a mosaic algorithm method based on geometric features was put forward. It can reduce the human intervention and improve measuring efficiency. The scanning system can be widely used in the rapid 3D measurement and accuracy detection of all kinds of castings.
