摘  要:目的对中药防风的显微组织进行定量分析,探讨不同产地防风的鉴别和质量控制方法。方法采用聚乙二醇2000作为填充和包埋介质,制作药材横切片;采用等距随机抽样方法对不同产地的药材组织的体积分数及导管Feret直径进行测量,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 3个产地的防风导管Feret直径没有显著性差异(P=1.000);3个产地防风药材的木栓层、韧皮部和木质部的体积分数各有一定的变化范围,有的指标相互之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论等距随机抽样法测量防风药材的体视学参数能较客观地反映其各种组织的计量特征,可用于防风药材的产地鉴别和质量控制。OBJECTIVE To investigate the microscopic identification and quality control of Saposhnikoviae Radix from different habitats through morphometric analysis of the materials. METHODS Transverse sections of the materials was made with polyethylene glycol 2000 as the filling and embedding media. Based on systematic random sampling,tissue volume fractions and catheter Feret diameters of the materials were measured,and analyzed statistically. RESULTS The catheter Feret diameters of 3 origin of the materials had no significant difference( P = 1.000); the tissue volume fractions of the materials varied in a certain range,some appeared different( P0.05) in pairwise contrast,and others did not( P 0.05). CONCLUSION The representative stereological parameters based on systematic random sampling can reflect morphometric charactaristics objectively,therefore,can be used for the identification and quality control of Saposhnikoviae Radix from different habitats.
