摘　　要：[目的]寻找肺痿的学术脉络和诊治规律,以期更全面地认识肺痿,从而拓宽思路,提高临床疗效。[方法]从病名、定义、脉症、病因、病机、治疗、预后转归以及鉴别诊断等各方面,对历代重要医籍中关于肺痿的论述进行搜集整理,追本溯源。[结果]张仲景首立肺痿之名,后沿用至今。肺痿病位在肺,以咳唾涎沫为主症,有虚热、虚寒之分。《中医内科学》将肺痿与现代医学的各种病名接轨,使相关中医研究愈显混乱。肺痿之脉,当以虚数为主;肺痿病因多端,外感六淫,内传于肺,是导致肺痿的一大病因,它如饮食不节、劳欲过度、情志内伤、过服温燥药、末石伤肺等均可致肺痿发生。肺痿之病机,为肺脏虚损,肺燥津气重伤,以致肺叶枯萎而成。肺痿之治疗,当依病机随证治之,并注意与相似疾病鉴别。本病难治,当图早治。[结论]通过对肺痿定义、病名由来、病因、病机等梳理,对其治疗、预后转归及类似疾病鉴别诊断的分析与阐发,肺痿的学术脉络和诊治规律得以清晰,肺痿的临床疗效亦将得以提高。[Objective] To seek for academic venation and diagnosis and treatment rules of consumptive lung disease for more complete recognition to the disease, to broaden train of thought and improve clinical cure effect. [Method] From disease name, definition, pulse, reason, mechanism, treatment and prognosis, as well as differential diagnosis, it makes collection and sort, and traces to its source of consumptive lung disease in generations of great medical books. [Result] It defines the disease name source and evolution of the said disease, deepens its definition and connotation, making clear pulse signs and full summary of the reason and mechanism, also expounds its treatment and analyses its prognosis and differential diagnosis of similar diseases,having full recognition to consumptive lung disease. [Conclusion] By expounding the aspects of the said disease, it offers more complete data of the disease for broad clinical doctors, therefore to recognize the disease correctly, settle patients ＇pain and serve the clinic.
