摘　　要：[目的]研究胃气不和与上火之间的关系,以期对上焦火热病证提出新的治疗思路。[方法]通过学习古代医著,阐释胃的生理病理特点,分析人体阳气与胃气的运行规律,探析胃气失和与上火之间的联系,并且通过学习历代医家治疗上火的临床经验,论证胃气不和则易上火这一观点。[结果]胃气以通降为顺,胃气的通降有助阳气的下潜,胃失通降则可导致阳气不能收降,在上郁而成火,引起一系列上火症状。通过和降胃气的方法,可以治疗上火病证。人体是一个密切联系的整体,上焦火热病证的产生往往与内在脏腑失调有关,其中胃气失和可以导致上火,可以通过"和胃降气"的方法治疗上火。[结论]从"胃不和"来治疗上火的辨证方法,为中医治疗上火提出新的思路,也对中医的整体观念有了进一步的确认。[Objective]To study the relationship between disharmony of the stomach and getting fire for providing a new way for curing the upper-Jiao heatfire syndrome.[Method] Learning the classical books of TCM, explain the physiological and pathological characteristics of the stomach, analyse the moving rule of Yang-qi and stomach-qi, then explain the relationship between disharmony of the stomach and getting fire, and demonstrate the idea of＂disharmony of the stomach leading to get fire＂by learning the opinions and clinical experience of the ancient doctors. [Result] It was found that the physiological characteristic of the stomach is descending, the descending of stomach-qi contributes to the descending of Yang-qi; disharmony of the stomach contributes to the Yang-qi failing to descend, stagnated on the up, leading to fire symptoms; the up-fire syndrome could be treated by harmonizing and descending the stomach. The human body is an organic whole, the upper-Jiao heat-fire syndromes are usually related to the imbalance of the inner organs, disharmony of the stomach contributes to get fire,＂reconciling the stomach and descending the qi＂is one of the treatments for getting fire. [Conclusion] ＂Reconciling the stomach and descending the qi＂is one of the treatments for getting fire,which provides a new way for curing the getting-fire syndrome and lets us know more about the concept of wholism.
