护士3个层次结构管理对产科病区护理质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]评价护士分层管理模式对产科病区护理质量的影响。[方法]将产科病区护士分为初、高级责任护士、责任组长3个层次,明确各层护士的能力标准及其岗位职责。在产前产后一体化的4个平行病区实施护士分层管理。比较实施护士分层管理前后产科病区的基础护理、专科护理、健康宣教、护士对患者病情掌握情况、护理文书质量。[结果]基础护理、专科护理、健康宣教、护士对患者病情掌握情况、护理文书质量均较实施护士分层管理前有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]护士分层管理明确各级护士的职责,便于责任落实到个人,有利于提高护理质量。[Objective] To evaluate the influence of nurse decentralized management model on nursing quality in obstetrics ward. [Method] Divide the obstetrics ward nurses into 3 levels of primary and advanced charge nurses, and charge group leader, define all levels nurses＇ capability standard and their post duty. Make nurse decentralized management to 4 parallel wards with antenatal and postnatal integration. Compare the basic nursing, special nursing,health education, nurses＇ mastering patients conditions and writing quality of the obstetrics ward before and after the said management. [Result] The basic nursing, special nursing, health education, nurses＇ mastering patients conditions and writing quality were improved after the management, with difference of statistical meaning compared with that before management. [Conclusion] Nurses decentralized management defines all levels nurses＇ duty, convenient for individual responsibility, helpful to improve nursing quality.
