摘 要:为了探究航天器供能系统中输流管系统的动力学问题,建立了输流弯管的有限元模型,并进行流固耦合模态分析,研究了输流管壁厚、管径及弯角角度对其固有频率的影响.另一方面,选取星载质子交换膜燃料电池系统中的一段输流管,进行非定常流输流管动力学响应分析,研究了阀门安装位置和壁厚对管道动位移和应力值的影响.数值结果表明:流固耦合作用降低了输流管的固有频率,随着输流管壁厚的增大,输流管固有频率逐渐增大,输流管管径和弯角角度对输流管的低阶固有频率影响较小,但对高阶固有频率有较大影响;流体的非定常流动会导致管壁动位移值和应力值产生突变,管道动位移幅值和应力幅值受阀门安装位置影响很小,但出现应力极值的位置随其变化而变化;随着输流管壁厚的增加,输流管动位移幅值和应力幅值减小.The finite element model of the bend pipes conveying fluid is established to explore the dynamics of the fluid-filled pipe in a spacecraft energy supply system. Modal analysis of the fluid-filled pipe is executed to study the effects of thickness, diameter and bending angle of the pipes on the natural frequency. On the other hand, a length of pipe conveying fluid in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell system is selected to analyze the impact of the unsteady flow of pipes fluid on its dynamic properties. The influences of the installed position of valve and pipe’s thickness on the value of pipe’s displacement and stress are studied. Numerical results show that the fluid-structure interaction ( FSI) causes a reduction of the natural frequency of pipes. With increasing pipe thickness, the pipe natural frequency increases. The pipe diameter and bending angle have a less important effect on the low order natural frequency of pipes, while the effect should be taken into account on the high natural frequency. The smaller the material stiffness is, the greater the influence on the FSI becomes. Meanwhile, the unsteady flow of the fluid can result in jumping of the wall displacement and stress. The installation position of valve has little effect on the amplitude of the pipe’s displacement and stress; however, the stress position changes with its extreme. With increasing pipe thickness, the amplitude of pipe displacement and stress decreases.
