改良中药高位保留灌肠促进慢性肾功能不全患者机体排毒的效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价改良中药高位保留灌肠在改善慢性肾功能不全患者机体排毒方面的效果。方法选取住院治疗的慢性肾功能不全患者200例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组100例。两组在实施相同的辨证施治和辨证施护的基础上,观察组患者应用中药高位保留灌肠。干预前和干预后7 d监测患者血肌酐、尿素氮和尿酸的浓度。结果干预后观察组患者的血肌酐、尿素氮和尿酸的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良中药高位保留灌肠能有效促进慢性肾功能不全患者的排毒,对改善患者生活质量有积极的作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of modified Chinese herb high position retention enema on detoxification among patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods Totally, 200 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were divided into the experimental group （n = 100 ） and the control group （n = 100 ）. All patients received Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and nursing, and the patients in the experimental group received Chinese herb high posi- tion retention enema additionally. The serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid were recorded at baseline and 7 days after intervention. Results After inter- vention,the improvements of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid in the experimental group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The modified Chinese herb high position retention enema can promote the detoxification of patients with chronic renal insufficiency, which plays an active role for improving the patients＇quality of life.
