摘　　要：目的通过对医疗器械相关性压疮的原因分析,制订护理措施,提高风险防范能力。方法应用案例分析法对4例医疗器械相关性压疮发生的原因进行系统、全方位分析。结果医疗器械相关性压疮与评估不到位、管路固定不当、保护性压疮敷料选择使用不当有关。结论充分重视医疗器械相关性压疮的风险,全方位做好压疮风险因素的评估,正确选择使用皮肤减压敷料,加强手术前与手术中压疮风险的评估与防范,提高医疗器械相关性压疮的整体护理质量。Objective To formulate the nursing measures and improve the risk prevention ability by cause analysis of medical devices related pressure ulcer. Methods Four cases of medical devices related pressure ulcer were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main causes of medical devices related pressure ulcer were insufficient risk assessment,improper pipeline fixing and improper protective dressing. Conclusion It is suggested to pay colse attention to the risk of medical devices related pressure ulcer, fully assess risk factors of pressure ulcer, correct select and use of skin decompression dressing, enhance the risk assess- ment and prevention before operation and during operation, and improve the holistie nursing quality of medical devices related pressure ulcer.
