摘　　要：通过分析当前中医护理发展所面临的问题并提出相关对策或见解,以期为今后中医护理专业的发展提供借鉴。认为缺乏法律法规保护和行业标准存在局限性是中医护理发展面临的两大基本问题。稳固推进中医护理学科建制化、以"整体观、辩证观"为背景,提升中医护理专科化发展、以实现中医护理社会价值为目标,加快中医护理专业化发展是中医护理走向成熟的必由之路。This paper aimed to analyze the current problems in the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and propose provide reference for future development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Lack of laws and regulations and limitations in research and application of occupation standard are the two basic problems in the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. It is suggested to take ＂whole concept and dialectical view＂ as the background, propel traditional Chinese medicine nursing discipline institutionalization steadily, accelerate the professionalization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and take realizing the social values of traditional Chinese medicine nursing as the goal to promote the development of TCM nursing.
