自拟通痹活血方蜡疗配合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索自拟通痹活血方蜡疗配合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各43例,治疗组给予自拟通脉活血方蜡疗配合硫辛酸注射液静滴,对照组给予硫辛酸注射液静滴,15d为1个疗程,观察2组患者自觉神经症状及神经传导速度的变化。结果:治疗组患者自觉症状明显好转,神经传导速度改善情况优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:自拟通脉活血方蜡疗配合硫辛酸注射液静滴,能显著改善糖尿病周围神经患者的自觉症状及神经传导速度,能够提高疗效,值得应用。Objective： To explore the efficacy of self-designed Tongbi Huoxue wax therapy combined with treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lipoic acid. Methods： 86 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each group, the treatment group given self Tongmai Huoxue wax therapy combined with thioctic acid injection by intravenous drip, while the control group was given lipoic acid injection by intravenous drip, 15 d for 1 courses of treatment, changes in patients of 2 groups were observed by consciously God symptoms and nerve conduction velocity. Results： the treatment group patients symptoms improved significantly, nerve conduction velocity were better than those in the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： since the Tongmai Huoxue wax therapy combined with thioctic acid injection intravenous drip to patients with symptoms of diabetic peripheral nerve and nerve conduction velocity was significantly improved, can improve the curative effect, it is worth of application.
