疏肝健脾理气方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾理气方对中晚期胃癌的治疗效果。方法:60例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予奥沙利铂加替吉奥方案化疗的同时给予疏肝健脾理气方服用;对照组仅给予相同的化疗方案。2组均以21d为1个周期,连续服用3个月。分别观察治疗前后患者的中医症状,病灶变化,患者生活质量的改善情况以及疏肝健脾理气方的安全性。结果:2组患者的中医症候均有所改善,同时患者的生活质量有所提高,但对病灶大小的改善并不明显。结论:疏肝健脾理气方可有效缓解中晚期胃癌患者的中医症状、改善患者生活质量,,值得临床上推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Liqi Decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods： 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. The observation group was given oxaliplatin combined with S-1 regimen and Shugan Jianpi Liqi square, the control group were only received the same chemotherapy.21 d for 1 cycles, taking 3 consecutive months.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the changes of the lesions, improve the security situation of the quality of life of the patients and soothing liver and Invigorating Spleen Qi fang were observed before and after the treatment.Results： the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of 2 groups of patients were improved, and the quality of life of the patients improved, but on the size of the lesions were not improved. Conclusion： Shugan Jianpi Liqi formula can effectively alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with advanced gastric cancer, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
