腹水舒服散外敷治疗恶性腹水的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外敷治疗恶性腹水的疗效。方法:80例恶性腹水患者分成2组,对照组40例采用西医常规疗法,治疗组40例恶性腹水患者使用中药外敷治疗。治疗2周后比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组腹水吸收时间及住院时间明显优于对照组,有统计学差异。结论:中药外敷治疗恶性腹水临床改善症状快效果满意,且无明显副反应。Objective： To observe the curative effect ofexternal application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant ascites. Methods： 80 cases of malignant ascites were divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in the control groupwere treated with routine therapy, patients with malignantascites using traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 40 cases of treatment group. Curative effects of 2 groups were compared after 2 weeks treatment. Results： the treatment group ascites absorption time and time of hospitalizationwas significantly better than the control group, there were significant differences（P0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion： theimprovement of symptoms quickly with satisfactory effect for treatment of patients with malignant ascites external application of Chinese medicine, and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
