摘　　要：为适应应急作战和非军事行动的后勤应急保障需要,必须紧紧围绕后勤"三大建设任务",立足当前实际,加快实编后勤应急保障旅建设,准确把握建设的原则,使其具备应急反应、快速机动、一体化保障、精确保障、生存防护等能力,扎实推进实编后勤应急保障旅的建设。In order to meet the logistics emergency support requirements of emergency combat and non-military action,＂three construction tasks＂should be focused on and the current circumstances should be based on. We need to accelerate the development of the emergency support brigade with the construction principles. Only in this way can it have the abilities of emergency response,rapid mobility,integrated support,accurate support and survival protection,thus to make solid progress in the construction of the emergency guarantee brigade.
