摘 要:通过综合考虑氟橡胶的硫化特性和T700/QY260的固化工艺,提出了一种能够耐高温氟橡胶的粘弹性阻尼材料组分,将其溶解在四氢呋喃的溶剂中,然后使用刷涂工艺把阻尼胶料溶液刷涂在复合材料预浸料(T700/QY260)中,制成带阻尼层的复合材料预浸料,使用热压罐按照T700/QY260的固化工艺曲线将铺设好的带阻尼层复合材料预浸料制成嵌入式共固化耐高温阻尼复合材料试件;通过模态分析试验得出该结构试件的模态频率、模态阻尼随阻尼层厚度的变化规律,为耐高温大阻尼复合材料的制作工艺和理论分析研究奠定基础。A new ingredient of viscoelastic damping materials was presented which can be used in higher environmental temperature by synthetically considering the vulcanization characteristics of fluorine rubber and the cure behaviors of T700 / QY260. The brush coating process was explored to coat the damping material films with various thicknesses on the surface of composite prepreg,and T700 / QY260 prepreg was developed here to manufacture the embedded and co-cured composite damping structure specimens according to the prepreg curing process curve. The modal analysis of the experimental specimens was carried out,and the modal frequencies and modal dampings changing with the thickness of damping layer were investigated in detail. The conclusion is very important for the theoretical prediction and practical applications of the dynamics characteristics of the embedded co-cured damping composite structure.
