摘 要:用石墨炉原子吸收法检测了湘江衡阳市蒸湘区段和常宁市水口山矿区段各60名男性人体尿样和两个地区不同环境水体的镉含量,进行环境风险评价。结果表明,衡阳市蒸湘区60名男性人体尿样中Cd的平均浓度为2.74 ng/m L,水中Cd的平均浓度为0.42 ng/m L;水口山矿区60名男性矿工尿样中Cd的平均浓度为40.26 ng/m L;河水中Cd的平均浓度为7.02 ng/m L。水口山矿区水样中Cd的浓度和60名男性矿工尿样中Cd的浓度都高于衡阳市蒸湘区水样和居民尿样中Cd的浓度。这表明,在重金属矿区由于环境的影响,无论是环境水中还是职业接触者体内,镉的含量都高于一般地区和普通人群。The determination of urinary cadmium of each 60 miners in Shuikoushan district and Zhengxiang city district of Hengyang by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and the concentration of cadmium in the water of the two regions by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,then the concentration of cadimium in water and urine were compared by statistics methods. The results showed that the concentrations of urinary cadmium of 60 miners in Zhengxiang district of Hengyang was 2. 74 ng/m L;the concentration of cadmium in the water of Zhengxiang city district of Hengyang was 0. 42 ng/m L. The average concentration of urinary cadmium of 60 miners in the district of Shuikoushan was 40. 26 ng/m L;the concentration of cadmium in the water was 7. 02 ng/m L. The concentration of cadmium in urine and water of Shuikoushan district were both higher than that in Zhengxiang district of Hengyang. The means that there were many heavy-metal mines in Shuikoushan district,and the level of cadmium in environment and urine were significantly higher than that in usual people and regions.
