摘 要:用不同功能化的纳米石墨粉改性CMC-PVA/CS-PVA双极膜。研究表明,改性可促进膜中间界面层水的解离,提高水解离效率,降低槽电压与膜阻抗。其促进水解离能力大小顺序为:CNPs-SO3H>CNPs-COOH>未功能化的CNPs。此外,纳米石墨粉的添加量对膜的综合性能有影响,最佳添加量为膜层材料质量的0.9%。The CMC-PVA/CS-PVA bipolar membrane(BPM) was modified by the functionalized nano graphite powders(CNPs). The studies showed that the modification could promote the water dissociation at the interlayer,improve the water dissociation efficiency and reduce the cell voltage and membrane impedance. For the different functional CNPs,the order of the ability to promote water dissociation was as following: CNPs-SO3 H〉CNPs-COOH〉CNPs. Furthermore,the addition amount of the CNPs had an impact on the overall performance of the BPM,and the optimal amount was 0. 9% of the membrane material mass.
