摘　　要：孕激素在月经周期和妊娠期具有重要作用,熟悉其形成机制、正常值和生理功能,有助于临床月经期和孕期疾病的合理诊治。本文简要综述月经周期和妊娠期孕激素的作用及其临床应用的相关研究进展。Female hormone progestin plays a very important role during menstrual and pregnant period. Clinician should master its produce mechanism, normal value and physiological function, which is the base of rational diagnosis and treatment of menstrual and pregnant diseases. This review describes the research progress of progestin on the secretion and its function during menstrual and pregnant period.
