摘　　要：目的研究鳖甲煎丸治疗乳腺增生的作用。方法采用雌孕激素联合法致雌性大鼠乳腺增生模型,分别于造模开始(预防给药)和造模结束后(治疗给药)经口灌胃给予鳖甲煎丸(1.5、0.75、0.375、0.188 g/kg),一日1次,连续30 d。给药末取血检测血清雌二醇、孕酮和催乳素水平,并测量乳头直径和乳头高度,乳腺组织行组织病理学检查。结果预防给药时,1.5 g/kg鳖甲煎丸组大鼠乳头直径缩小,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1.5、0.375和0.188 g/kg鳖甲煎丸组大鼠血清孕激素水平降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1.5、0.75和0.375 g/kg鳖甲煎丸组大鼠乳腺小叶增生的程度明显受抑,腺细胞增生减少,并且在雌孕激素作用下增生的腺细胞形成结构基本正常的腺泡腔(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗给药时,1.5 g/kg鳖甲煎丸组大鼠乳头高度和直径降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。结论鳖甲煎丸可以通过调节体内激素的作用抑制雌性大鼠乳腺腺体的增生,并使增生的腺细胞形成正常的腺腔结构。Objective To investigate the effect of Biejiajianwan in treating the hyperplasia of mammary glands in female rats. Methods The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was formed by intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate and progesterone in female rats. Biejiajianwan （1.5, 0.75, 0.375, 0.188 g/kg） were given per OS for 30 days at the beginning and the end of injection of estradiol benzoate and progesterone. The estradiol, progesterone and prolactin levels in serum of both groups at treatment end were detected and compared. The breast diameter and height were measured by HE staining for pathology. Results In 1.5 g/kg Biejiajianwan group the breast diameter was diminished. In 1.5, 0.375, 0.188 g/kg Biejiajianwan groups the serum levels of estradiol, progesterone and prolactin were reduced, and the folial hyperplastic was inhibited. Conclusion Biejiajianwan has the effect of inhibiting hyperplasia of mammary glands through regulating the levels ofestradiol and progesterone in female rats.
