Vitapex糊剂及Metapex糊剂对乳牙根管充填的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较Metapex糊剂与Vitapex糊剂对乳牙根管填充的治疗效果。方法收集本院于2012年11月至2013年2月接诊的乳磨牙患有牙髓炎、根尖周炎100例患儿的临床病例资料,对照组患儿48例,采用Vitapex糊剂填充治疗,观察组52例,采用Metapex糊剂填充治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿3 d内疼痛消失率为90.38%,疼痛消失时间为(2.03±0.29)d,均明显优于对照组患儿,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿的总有效率为98.08%,明显高于对照组患儿,组间差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Metapex糊剂在对乳牙根管充填具有十分显著的作用,优于Vitapex糊剂,可明显缓解患儿的疼痛,提高患儿治疗的有效率,其使用方便,效果明显,安全可靠,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Vitapex paste and Metapex paste for root canal filling. Methods From November 2012 to February 2013 admissions molars 100 cases with pulpitis and periapical were included in this study, of which 48 cases were in the control group with Vitapex paste filling oil treatment, and 52 cases were in the observation group with Metapex paste filling treatment. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, in the observation group pain-disappearance rate within three days was 90.38%, which was significantly better than the control group （P〈 0.05）; in observation group, the total effective rate was 98.08%, significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metapex paste can significantly ease the pain and improve the root canal treatment efficiency compared with Vitapex.
