脓毒症患者血清脂联素水平变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脓毒症患者血清脂联素水平变化,为脓毒症患者的诊断与治疗提供相应的数据支持。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的60例脓毒症患者作为研究对象,将其设为观察组。将同期来我院进行体检的60例健康人员设为正常对照组,观察两组在不同时期血清脂联素水平的变化。结果观察组血清脂联素低于对照组、但CRP、FBG、FINS、IR指数与APACHEⅡ评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。且血清脂联素水平与IR指数、APACHEⅡ评分、FBG、FINS、CRP均存在明显的负相关。结论脓毒症患者的血清脂联素水平较正常人群有明显下降,可以将血清脂联素作为诊断脓毒症的重要的检测指标。Objective To analyze changes of level of serum adiponectin for patients with sepsis, and to provide statistical support for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. Methods Sixty patients with sepsis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research subjects and allocated to observation group. 60 healthy people who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were allocated to control group.Changes of levels of serum adiponectin in different periods in the two groups were observed. Results The adiponectin level of observation group was lower than the control group. Indices such as CRP, FBG, FINS, IR and APACHE Ⅱscore in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Also, adiponectin level showed obvious negative correlation with APACHE Ⅱ score, FBG,FINS and CRP. Conclusion Level of serum adiponectin in patients with sepsis is significantly lower than that in healthy people, which can be applied as a key index for diagnosing sepsis.
