摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病为临床常见病,麻木是其主要症状之一。目前对于神经根型颈椎病麻木症状的临床研究相对较少,且缺乏有效的治疗方法。本文通过对近年来神经根型颈椎病麻木症状相关文献进行整理,从中西医认识、疾病鉴别诊断、评定方法、治疗方面进行总结,旨在为临床诊治与科学研究提供参考。Cervical radiculopathy（CR） is a common disease for which numbness is one of the main symptoms in clinic. At present,clinical studies on numbness of CR are relatively less and there is lack of effective therapy. In this paper,the literatures in recent years related to numbness of CR were retrieved. The understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,differential diagnosis,evaluation methods and treatment on numbness of CR were included. The aim is to provide information for clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research.
