摘 要:目的探讨同伴教育提高塞拉利昂护士埃博拉出血热防护技能培训的效果。方法 2014年9-10月,选择第一批(9月23日至9月28日)参加埃博拉出血热防护技能培训的21名塞拉利昂护士设为对照组,采用传统演示加讲解的方法进行培训;第二批(9月30日至10月2日)参加埃博拉出血热防护技能培训的26名塞拉利昂护士设为观察组,在传统演示加讲解的基础上增加同伴教育方法进行培训。比较两组塞拉利昂护士对培训的满意率及培训效果。结果两批塞拉利昂护士对培训的满意率分别为90.48%和96.15%,对培训的满意率均较高,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.627,P=0.579)。两批塞拉利昂护士技能考核的成绩分别为(93.53±5.25)分和(96.32±4.12)分,观察组护士的考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.065,P=0.0447)。结论同伴教育培训法有利于提高塞拉利昂护士对埃博拉出血热防护技能的培训效果。Objective To explore the effect of peer education in improving nursing staff protection skills against Ebola hemorrhagic fever in Sierra Leone. Methods From September to October 2014,21 nurses in first group (23th September to 28th September) who participate in Ebola hemorrhagic fever protection skill training were selected as control group and received traditional demonstration and explanation training method.26 nurses in second group (30th September to 2nd of October) who participate in Ebola hemorrhagic fever protection skill training were selected as observation group and received peer education training on the basis of conventional method. The satisfaction rate, training effect were compared between two groups of nurses. Results Satisfaction rate of two groups of nurses was 90.48% and 96.15 % respectively, and nurses have higher level of satisfaction towards training with no statistical significance (X^2 =0.627,P =0.579). The skill assessment score of two groups of nurses was (93.53±5.25)and (96.32±4.12) respectively, while the assessment score in observation group was significantly higher than control group (t=-2.065,P=0.0447). Conclusion Peer education is helpful to improve the training effect of Sierra Leone nurse protection skills against Ebola hemorrhagic fever.
