规范化晨间交接班模式提升护理质量管理的效果

摘　　要：目的通过完善并改良传统晨间交接班模式,提高临床护理工作效率及护理质量。方法便利抽样法选取2011年4月1日至2012年3月31日在第二军医大学长海医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科采用传统晨间交接班模式的全部患者为对照组,同法选取2012年4月1日至2013年3月31日采用规范化晨间交接班模式的全部患者为观察组,分析两组基础护理落实情况、患者的健康教育知晓情况,并统计责任护士对患者病情知晓情况。结果观察组与对照组的平均基础护理落实率分别为94.25%和82.20%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-3.251,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者的健康教育知晓率分别为93.28%和78.99%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-3.463,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组责任护士对患者病情知晓率分别为93.50%和78.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-3.297,P<0.05)。结论规范化晨间交接班模式对提高临床护理工作效率及改进临床护理工作质量有较大的帮助。Objective Through the perfection arid refining of the traditional morning shift exchange mode to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical nursing work. Methods By convenience sampling, patients from April 1st 2011 to March 31th 2012, which under standard morning shift exchange mode were selected as control group. In addition, patients from April 1st 2012 to March 31th 2013, which under refined morning shift exchange mode were selected as observation group. The basic nursing implementation rate, health education awareness rate were analyzed between two groups and the responsible nurse＇s disease awareness rate were also concluded.Results The average basic nursing implementation rate in observation group and control group were 94.25% and 82.20% respectively （X^2=-3.251 ,P〈0.05）. The health education awareness rate in observation group and control group were 93.28% and 78.99% respectively （X^2 =-3.463 ,P〈0.05） and the responsible nurse＇s disease awareness rate in observation group and control group were 93.50% and 78.31% respectively （X^2=-3.297 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standard morning shift exchange mode is helpful to improve the clinical nursing work efficiency and improve the quality of clinical nursing work.
