摘  要:在TDICCD遥感相机成像系统中,模拟前端电路性能对提高系统信噪比具有重要作用。为了提高成像系统的信噪比,需要对模拟前端电路进行优化设计。在分析模拟前端电路各部分功能的基础上,采用CCD视频处理器件实现32通道模拟前端电路的方案设计,合理设置前置滤波放大电路带宽并完成仿真,确定相关双采样箝位和采样脉冲相位,设计低电压差分信号发送电路,对高速串行发送接口电路误码率进行测试,最终采集图像并完成图像信噪比计算。工程实践结果表明,在像素时钟为5MHz时,系统的信噪比可以达到52d B,满足实际工程应用需求。The analog front end circuit of imaging system for TDICCD remote sensing camera plays an important role in the evaluation of specification of signal to noise ratio(SNR).To improve the SNR, the analog front circuit must be carefully designed. Based on the analysis of the function of every circuit part, the article uses a CCD video signal processing device to implement the 32 channel analog front end circuit. With the bandwidth simulation of the post-amplifier, the phase and pulse width of clamp and sample pulse are determined. The design of low voltage differential-signal circuit and the tests of the bit error rate of high speed serial transmission interface circuit are finished. The final results show that the SNR can reach up to 52 d B when the pixel rate is 5MHz, which can meet the demands for the application of related practical engineering.
