摘  要:建立了纳滤级聚醚枫接枝的中空纤维素膜对样品进行净化畜禽产品中43种抗生素的液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测方法。采用液相色谱-串联质谱复合线性离子阱QTrap系统,通过建立多种抗生素数据库,对阳性可疑样品的EPI谱图与标准谱库进行了对比,鉴定了化合物真伪以及色谱峰纯度,可以有效排除假阳性。结果表明:43种抗生素在0.5~50 ng/m L线性范围内线性相关性良好(r〉0.99),样品在1,5,10μg/kg添加水平下,平均回收率为69.3%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~18.3%;方法的检出限(S/N≥3)为0.2μg/kg。通过实际样品测试,采用MRM-IDA-EPI步骤,同时实现了对43种抗生素的监控,方法的分析速度快、结果准确、灵敏度高,可满足实验室对畜禽类产品日常检验分析要求。A method based on chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for the simultaneous determination of 43 antibiotics in animal products with hollow cellulose membrane level PES was established. The method was developed on EPI scan mode. And a new Qtrap system was used to identify the compound with EPI spectrometry with data library. This process was proved on excluding the false positive samples and the identification of the purity of chromatogram effectively. The standard curves are linear in concentration range of 0.5 - 50 ng/mL ( r 〉 0.99). The average recoveries are between 69.3% and 102.4%, under the addition lever 1, 5, 10μg/kg. The detection limit of the method is from 0.2μg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 0.5 μg/kg. The method was applied for the qualitative and quantitative determination of 43 antibiotic residues in animal products simultaneously, and the method was proved to be rapidly, accurate and of high sensitivity characteristics. It can meet the requirement of monitoring veterinary daily analysis.
