摘  要:以Bi2O3,Co(NO3)2作为前驱体,采取浸渍法制备了不同Co3O4含量的Co3O4/Bi2O3复合半导体光催化剂。利用红外光谱、固相荧光等对催化剂结构进行了表征。并且对催化剂的光催化性能进行了测试及表征。以甲基橙为光催化反应的模型化合物,考察了Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂的紫外及可见光催化活性,考察了清除剂对催化剂紫外及可见光催化活性的影响;以对苯二甲酸为探针分子,结合化学荧光技术研究了Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂表面羟基自由基的生成;利用荧光光谱对催化剂进行了光致发光性能分析。实验结果表明:本实验制备的Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂,成功扩展了Co3O4的光响应范围,使其具有相当的可见光催化活性。在Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂系列中,以m(Co3O4)/m(Bi2O3)=0.016型复合光催化剂的可见光活性为最高。Using Bi2O3 and Co(NO3)2 as precursors,the heterogeneous semiconductor photocatalysts of Co3O4/ Bi2O3 with different contents of Co3O4 were prepared by impregnation method. The photocatalysts were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and fluorescence spectra of solid phase. The photocatalytic properties of catalysts were tested and characterized. Using methyl orange as the model compounds of photocatalytic reaction,photocatalytic activities of UV and visible light of Co3O4/ Bi2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts were investigated,and the effects of a series of scavengers on the photocatalytic activities of ultraviolet and visible light were studied. The formation of hydroxyl radical on the surface of Co3O4/ Bi2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts was studied with terephthalic acid as the probe molecule,combined with fluorescence technique. The photoluminescence properties of catalysts were analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that Co3O4/ Bi2O3 of the prepared photocatalysts expanded the scope of Co3O4 optical response,and made Co3O4 acquire the visible light photocatalytic activity. The visible light photocatalytic activity of m(Co3O4) /m(Bi2O3) = 0. 016 was the highest in a series of Co3O4/ Bi2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts.
