摘  要:目的探讨低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及VEGF受体(VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2)在稽留流产(MA)绒毛组织中的表达及临床意义,探究MA发生中低氧对脑血管生成的影响。方法免疫组化SP法检测35例MA患者(研究组)以及32例正常早孕行人工流产者(对照组)绒毛组织的HIF-1α、VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2的表达水平,并对结果进行统计分析。结果研究组与对照组绒毛组织中HIF-1α、VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2均有表达。研究组中HIF-1α表达高于对照组(P<0.05),VEGF、VEGFR-2表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组中HIF-1α与VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2表达呈正相关性(P<0.05),研究组中HIF-1α与VEGF、VEGFR-2表达呈负相关性(P<0.05),与VEGFR-1表达无相关性。结论 HIF-1α在MA绒毛组织中表达上升,通过调节VEGF、VEGFR-2基因的转录,胎盘绒毛血管的生成减少,可能是MA发生的重要原因。Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α) ,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (VEGFR-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) in the villi tissue of patients with missed abortion (MA) and early pregnant women. To explore the influence of hypoxia on placenta angiogenesis in missed abortion. Methods To de-tect the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF,VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in the villi tissue of 35 cases of MA patients( re-search group) and 32 early pregnant women( control group) who underwent induced abortion surgery by immuno-histochemistry,and the results were statistical analysis. Results HIF-1α,VEGF,VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 were ex-pressed both in the villi tissue of research group and the control group. The expression of HIF-1α was higher in the research group than in the control group(P〈0. 05). The expressions of VEGF,VEGFR-2 were significantly lower in the research group than in the control group ( P〈0 . 05 ); the expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with VEGF,VEGFR-1and VEGFR-2 in the control group, and the expression of HIF-1α was negatively correlated with VEGF and VEGFR-2 in the research group (P〈0. 05),which had no correlation with VEGFR-1. Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α in the villi tissue of MA is up-regulated, the blood vessel formation of placenta decreases by adjusting the VEGF and VEGFR-2 genes transcription,which maybe is the important causes for MA.
