慢性心衰患者中医分期分级临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床上对慢性心衰患者进行中医分期分级的临床意义。方法 将我院自2013年1月至2014年5月间收治的慢性心衰的132例患者进行中医药辨证治疗，在中医理论指导下进行分期分级，对临床资料进行回归行分析。结果39例为心衰早期气虚血瘀型，对应心功能2级、心衰I度，符合率为95．12％；58例为心衰中期气血两虚，对应心功能3级、心衰Ⅱ度，符合率为93．55％；26例为心衰晚期阳虚水泛，对应心功能4级、心衰Ⅲ度，符合率为89．66％。结论慢性心衰早期为气虚血瘀证，中期为气阴两虚兼血瘀证，晚期为阳虚水泛证，该辨证分型可指导临床治疗慢性心衰。Objective To explore the clinical significance of TCM clinical staging and grading of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods the dialectical treatment of TCM in 132 cases in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 May were treated in chronic heart failure patients, staging classification under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, regression analysis on clinical data. Results of 39 cases of heart failure in early stage of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis, heart function corresponding to the 2 level, heart failure, the coincidence rate was 95.12% ; 58 cases of heart failure in mid two blood deficiency, heart function corresponding to the 3 level, heart failure II degree, the coincidence rate was 93.55 - 26 cases of heart failure in late Yang pan water, heart function, corresponding to the 4 level third degree of heart failure, the coincidence rate is 89.66%. Conclusion chronic heart failure in early to mid of qi deficiency and blood stasis, Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis, later on edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency, the dialectical typing can be used to guide the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.
