中药痒疹方联合卡泊三醇软膏及卤米松乳膏治疗结节性痒疹29例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药痒疹方联合卡泊三醇软膏和卤米松乳膏治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的87例结节性痒疹患者随机分为3组,各29例。全部患者日煎1剂中药痒疹方(组分:生地、土茯苓和蒺藜各30g,金银藤15g,荆芥、防风、红花、赤芍、三棱和莪术各10g)分早、晚服用。另外,治疗组每日早、晚各1次外搽卡泊三醇软膏,对照组每日早、晚各1次外搽卤米松乳膏,联合治疗组每日晨外搽卡泊三醇软膏1次,晚间外搽卤米松乳膏0.5h后再外用卡泊三醇软膏1次。治疗4周后判定疗效,治疗结束后随访2个月。结果治疗4周后,3组患者的结节数目、瘙痒程度和皮损积分均优于其治疗前,且联合治疗组均低于对照组和治疗组,联合治疗组有效率(75.86%)高于对照组(62.07%)和治疗组(51.72%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。三组患者均无不良反应。结论中药痒疹方联合卡泊三醇软膏和卤米松乳膏治疗结节性痒疹疗效显著,无不良反应。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of using YangZhen Fang together with calcipotriol ointment and halometasone cream in prurigo nodularis. Methods Eighty seven patients were divided into three groups ,29 patients in each group. All groups were given YangZhen Fang. Then treatment group was given calcipotriol ointment（ twice a day） while control gruop was given halometasone cream （twice a day）, and the： combined group was given calcipotriol ointment（ twice a day） and half an hour calcipotriol ointment af- ter halometasone cream（ once at night）. Judge the therapeutic effects after 4 weeks of treatment. The pa- tients were followed-up for two months to observe the effect. Results After 4 weeks, the quantity, degree and mark of skin eruption in three groups were apparently lower than before but that of combined group was apparently lower than that in control and treatment group. The effeciency rate of combined group （75.86%） was higher than that of control group（62.07% ） and treatment group（51.72% ）. There was significant difference between the group（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. And until now no side effect was found. Conclu- sion Chinese medicine together with calcipotriol ointment and balometasone cream has good therapeutic effect with little side effects.
