误诊为慢性单纯性苔藓的苔藓样型皮肤淀粉样变2例

摘　　要：报告误诊为慢性单纯性苔藓的苔藓样型皮肤淀粉样变2例。例1,女性,44岁;例2,男性,60岁,皮疹分别位于前额和肩胛部。该两种疾病临床表现相似,容易误诊,通过组织病理检查可鉴别。Two cases of lichenoid amyloidosis were reported here to be clinically misdiagnosed as lichen simplex chronicus. One is a 44-year-old female with a history of the pruritic lesion on her forehead for two years, and another is a 60-year-old man with the pruritic lesion mainly on his scapular region for more than 4 years, all of them presented lichen-like appearance. They both got their final diagnoses through the histopatbologic examinations.
