阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的91例红皮病型银屑病患者随机分为两组，全部患者予5％葡萄糖注射液加复方甘草酸苷60～80mL静滴，1次／d，新氢松软膏、薇诺娜柔润保湿霜外搽和温泉水疗；治疗组同时口服阿维A胶囊，起始剂量20—30mg，视病情变化，渐加量至每天60mg，渐减量至10～20mg维持治疗，治疗4周和8周时分别观察疗效。结果治疗4周时，治疗组有效率66．67％，对照组43．33％；治疗8周时，治疗组有效率为90．00％，对照组为61．67％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病疗效好，能迅速控制病情，安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acitretin capsules combine with compound glycyrrhizin in- jection in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods Ninty-one patients with erythrodermic psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups. All of the enrolled patients were treated with compound glycyrrhizin intravenous drip 60 - 80ml once daily, combine with hydrocortisone neomycin ointment, Winona gentle mois- turizing cream external and hot spring bath. The treatment group received acitretin additionally. Dose can be gradually increased to 60mg/d. The starting dosage was 20 to 30 mg/d. The dose should be gradually reduced to 10 - 20 mg for maintenance after response. Assessments were carried out after 4 and 8 weeks. Results The clinical efficiency of treatment group and control group were 66.67% and 43.33% respectively after 4 weeks. The effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group and 61.67% in control group after 8 weeks. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Morever, no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The acitretin capsules combine with compound glycyrrhizin injection improve the clini- cal symptoms quickly,which are effiective and safe for erythrodermic psoriasis.
