摘　　要：患者,女,42岁,伴鼻咽部异物感3年,近半年出现反复咯血性痰,时有双鼻塞。查体：鼻中隔左偏,双下鼻甲肥大。鼻内镜检查：双鼻腔通畅未见新生物,双鼻腔后端可见新生物遮挡后鼻孔。电子鼻咽镜所示（图1）：不规则椭圆形态新生物占据鼻咽部,新生物表面黏膜不光滑,呈糜烂溃疡样,覆污秽分泌物,质地较脆,触之易出血,新生物遮挡双侧鼻腔后端,似有根蒂连于鼻中隔后游离缘,紧邻双侧圆枕。Summary Patients with nasopharyngeal foreign body sensation for 3 years, and had nasal obstruction in the past six months, electric nasopharyngoscopy： a irregular ellipse shape mass occupied in the nasopharynx, the mass surface is not smooth, with erosion ulcer and filthy secretions, the mass had a root in the back-end of nasal sep- tum, and was adjacent to the bilateral round pillow. Sinus CT showed an irregular soft tissue shadow connected to the nasal septum backend in the nasopharynx, the size is about 2.8 cm×3.5 cm, CT value is about 43 HU. Path- ological examination： papillary adenocarcinoma.
