摘　　要：目的探讨寰枢椎椎弓根钉系统内固定治疗ⅡC型齿状突骨折的临床疗效。方法对10例ⅡC型齿状突骨折行寰枢椎椎弓根钉系统内固定治疗。结果 10例均获随访,时间6～12个月,骨折均骨性愈合,内植物取出术后,颈椎活动均恢复正常。结论寰枢椎椎弓根钉系统内固定是治疗ⅡC型齿状突骨折的有效方法,可保留寰枢关节的旋转功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atlantoaxial pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of typeⅡ Codontoid fracture. Methods 10 patients with odontoid fracture classified as improved Anderson type ⅡCwere treated with posterior atlantoaxial pedicle screw internal fixation. Results All 10 cases were followed up for 6 ～ 12 months. All cases got bone fusion. Cervical motion recovered normal after internal implants removed. Conclusions Atlantoaxial pedicle screw fixation is an effective method for the treatment of type ⅡCodontoid fracture,and it can reserve rotate function of the atlanto-axial joint.
