摘　　要：目的探讨经皮闭合复位Pyrford式张力带钢丝内固定术选择性治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法对28例髌骨骨折患者采用Pyrford式张力带钢丝进行闭合复位及固定。结果 28例均获随访,时间9～53个月。术后功能恢复良好,按Bostman髌骨骨折功能评定标准评分：优27例,中1例。结论经皮闭合复位Pyrford式内固定选择性治疗髌骨骨折手术创伤小,内固定稳定可靠,可早期行走,有利于骨折早期愈合,患者术后功能恢复好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous closed reduction and Pyrford tension band wire fixation of selective treatment of patellar fracture. Methods Twenty eight cases of closed patella fractures were treated with Pyrford tension band wire closed reduction and internal fixation. Results Twenty eight patients were followed up for 9 ～ 53 months. Good functional recovered after surgery. According to Bostman score with functional evaluation standard in patella fracture： 27 excellent and 1 good. Conclusions Percutaneous closed reduction Pyrford tension band internal fixation selectively in treating patella fracture,which is minimally surgical trauma,both stabilize and reliably internal fixation,it permits early walk,conducive to the early fracture healing,and patients have good functional recovery after surgery.
