摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端外侧锁定钢板治疗Russell-TaylorⅡB型股骨转子下骨折的临床效果。方法对51例Russell-TaylorⅡB型股骨转子下骨折患者采用股骨近端外侧锁定钢板治疗。结果 51例均获得随访,时间10～36个月。采用髋关节Harris评分：优32例,良12例,中4例,差3例,髋关节功能优良率86%。1例患者出现软组织感染,使用敏感抗生素及加强换药后,切口愈合良好;2例出现内固定松动,拆除近端外侧锁定钢板,使用股骨近端髓内针矫正内翻畸形,骨折愈合良好。结论股骨近端外侧锁定钢板治疗股骨转子下骨折操作简单,疗效可靠,并发症少。Objective To study the clinical effects of subtrochanteric hip fractures（ Russell-Taylor type ⅡB） treated with locking proximal femoral plate. Methods 51 patients with subtrochanteric hip fractures of Russell-Taylor typeⅡ B were treated with locking proximal femoral plate. Results These patients had been followed up for 10 ～ 36 months. According to Harris criteria,the hip joint function were excellent in 32 patients,good in 12,fair in 4,and poor in 3,and the excellent and good rate was 86%. 1 case with soft tissue infection was treated with sensitive antibiotics and incisional dressing,incisions were healed well; 2 cases with internal fixation loosening,demolition of the proximal lateral locking plate,were treated with proximal femur intramedullary pin corrective varus deformity,fractures were healed well. Conclusions Using the locking proximal femoral plate for subtrochanteric hip fractures of Russell-Taylor type ⅡB is simple,reliable efficacy and less complications.
