摘　　要：目的探讨股骨髁支持钢板合并自体骨移植治疗股骨远端C3型骨折的疗效。方法采用股骨髁支持钢板内固定、植骨采用自体髂骨＋腓骨治疗64例股骨远端C3型骨折患者,植骨形式为骨块与骨条相结合。患者术后早期功能锻炼。结果患者均获随访,时间11～40（26±2.7）个月。64例骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6～12（8±1.6）个月。膝关节活动度为0°～121°（102°±5.3°）。参照Merchan膝关节功能标准评价：优34例,良23例,一般6例,差1例,优良率达89.9%。结论采用髁支持钢板合并自体骨移植治疗股骨远端C3型骨折,固定牢靠,膝关节功能恢复满意,是治疗股骨远端C3骨折骨折的理想选择。Objective To evaluate the outcome of surgical repair of type C3 distal femoral fractures using autogenous bone grafting,and condylar buttress plate. Methods 64 cases with distal femoral fractures were treated with condylar buttress plate. All fractures were reconstructed with the autograft of iliac bone and fibula. Bone autograft included fibula block and scum of spongy bone. Early functional exercise were advised after operation. Results All cases were followed up for 11 ～ 40（ 26 ± 2. 7） months. All fractures healed in 6 ～ 12（ 8 ± 1. 6） months. The range of motion was 0° ～ 121°（ 102° ± 5. 3°）. Assessment of functional outcome by using Merchan＇s scoring criteria revealed 34 cases with excellent,23 good,6 fair and 1 poor,the exexllent-good rate was 89. 9%. Conclusions Condylar buttress plate and autogenous bone grafting appears a suitable treatment option for tpye C3 distal femoral fractures.
