移动窗口接骨板后置技术治疗踝关节旋后外旋型损伤

摘　　要：目的探讨移动窗口接骨板后置技术治疗踝关节旋后外旋型损伤的临床效果。方法对25例踝关节Lauge-Hansen旋后外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ度损伤患者应用移动窗口接骨板后置技术治疗。结果 25例均获随访,时间12～18个月。无切口感染及皮肤坏死等并发症发生,1例发生腓骨肌腱炎,取出钢板后症状缓解。骨折愈合时间10.2～15.5（11.4±3.2）周。根据Olerud-Molangder踝关节伤后自我评分系统进行评分,为76～97（88.3±4.2）分,其中优19例,良4例,可2例。结论采用移动窗口接骨板后置技术治疗踝关节旋后外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ度损伤临床效果满意,较传统术式有较明显优势。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of moving window technique combined with the rear implanted plate technique in the treatment of ankle joint supination external rotation type injury. Methods Moving window technique combined with the rear implanted plate technique were used to treat 25 cases of ankle Lauge-Hansen supination external rotation type Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree injury. Results After 12 ～ 18 months of follow-up,25 cases got no incision infection and necrosis of skin,1 case got peroneal tendontis,and symptoms were in remission after plate removal. Time of fracture healing was 10. 2 ～ 15. 5（ 11. 4 ± 3. 2） weeks. According to Olerud-Molangder ankle score system for the self score,The scores were 76 ～ 97（ 88. 3 ± 4. 2） points,it was excellent in 19 cases,good in 4 and fair in2. Conclusions It is satisfatory that clinical effect of using moving window technique combined with the rear implanted plate technique in the treatment of ankle joint Lauge-Hansen supination external rotation typeⅢ,Ⅳ degree injury.There are obvious advantages compared with traditional surgery.
