摘 要:目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、组织因子(TF)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的变化。方法选择COPD患者135例,其中缓解期53例,急性加重期82例,根据肺功能分级将患者分为Ⅰ级22例、Ⅱ级27例和Ⅲ级33例。观察不同分期和不同肺功能分级COPD患者血清MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1水平变化。结果急性加重期和缓解期COPD患者的MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1水平明显高于对照组,而急性加重期患者的升高水平明显高于缓解期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性加重期COPD患者中,随着肺功能分级升高,患者的MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1水平相应升高。结论 MCP-1、TF和TGF-β1在COPD的发生发展中起到重要作用,检测其水平对于COPD的防治具有重要意义。Objective To observe the changes of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), tissue factor(TF) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 135 patients with COPD, from August 2012 to August 2013, were divided into grade I(22 cases), grade Ⅱ(27 cases) and gradeⅢ(33 cases) according to the classification of pulmonary function. Of these, 53 cases were remission, 82 cases were acute exacerbation period. The levels of MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 were observed in patients with COPD of different stages and lung function grades. Results MCP-1, TF, and TGF-β1 levels of the acute exacerbation and remission stage COPD patients were significantly higher than those of control group, while the MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 levels of the acute exacerbation COPD patients were higher than those of the COPD patients at remission stage. MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 levels of the acute exacerbation COPD patients were significantly increase with the increase in lung function grading. Conclusion The levels of MCP-1, TF and TGF-β1 in patients with COPD play an important role in the progression of the disease. It is important to monitor their levels for the prevention and treatment of COPD.
