摘　　要：目的分析预防接种后死亡病例与乙肝疫苗接种的联系,评价预防接种的安全性。方法对广东省2013年乙肝疫苗预防接种后死亡病例进行个案调查,并对临床资料进行分析。结果 2013年广东报告的6例乙肝疫苗预防接种后死亡病例均为偶合症,其死因与预防接种无关。结论偶合症是预防接种后死亡常见的类型,对死亡个案详细调查,及时进行尸体解剖,有利于准确判断预防接种后死亡个案病因。Objective To evaluate the safety of hepatitis B vaccine by analyzing the death cases after vaccination. Methods Information of death cases after hepatitis B vaccine immunization in Guangdong, 2013 was collected and analyzed. Results In the 6 death cases reported after vaccination, all 6 cases were not related to vaccination. Conclusion Coincidental event occurred in death cases after vaccination. Monitoring and investigating adverse effects following immunization is the key measure to deal with the death cases following immunization.
