摘　　要：妊娠期甲状腺激素的合成、分泌、代谢和调节发生相应的改变,目前研究观点多支持妊娠期的甲状腺激素(TH)减少会带来胎儿的脑及神经系统发育迟缓,影响智力发育,并使母胎不良结局的发生率明显增加。本文对妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)对母体及胎儿方面的影响做一综述。The synthesis, secretion, metabolism and regulation of thyroid hormone were correspondingly changed during gestation period. The multiple studies indicated that reduction of gestational thyroid hormone would result to growth retardation of fetal brain and nervous system and affect intelligence development, which could increase the incidence of maternal-fetal adverse outcomes significantly. This paper aims to review the impact of gestational subclinical hypothyroidism on both mother and fetus.
