摘　　要：目的：探讨经肌间隙入路颈椎板开窗治疗黄韧带肥厚与骨化症的方法与效果。方法：采用经肌间隙入路颈椎板开窗治疗黄韧带肥厚与骨化症17例,随访时间4个月~5年3个月,平均2年8个月,通过JOA评分与影像学检查评价手术疗效。结果：术后2 d、2个月至最后复查时,颈椎曲度变直4例中2例恢复正常序列;术前JOA评分平均（9.59±2.53）分,术后（13.35±2.85）分,改善率平均52.28%（t=4.08,P〈0.05）;17例中优11例,良4例,中2例。结论：经肌间隙入路颈椎板开窗治疗黄韧带肥厚与骨化症,手术操作简便,既可以保留颈椎后方肌肉完整,避免或减少颈部＂轴性症状＂的发生,又可以使椎管获得有效的减压。Objective To explore the cervical plate gap into the road window treatment on yellow ligamenthypertrophy and the method with effect.MethodsCervical utilization of the gap in the panel window treat-ment for yellow ligament hypertrophy and fop was used in 17 cases with a follow-up from 4 months to 5 yearsand 3 months, averaging 2 years and 8 months, by JOA scores and imaging studies evaluating the effect of sur-gery.ResultsThe review from 2 d after operation and 2 months to finally review showed cervical curvaturestraightened in 4 cases and 2 cases of normal sequence. Preoperative JOA score an average of（9.59±2.53） pointsand（13.35±2.85） points and period with an average of 52.28%（t = 4.08, P 0.05） of the total 17 cases, 11 cas-es were excellent, 4 cases good, and 2 cases fair.ConclusionThe cervical plate clearance into the road win-dow treatment on yellow ligament hypertrophy and fop is a simple operation, that can not only keep complete cer-vical back muscle, avoiding or reducing the neck to the occurrence of axial symptoms, but also the vertebral ca-nal can get effective relief.
