阑尾脓肿的中西医结合治疗效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨阑尾脓肿的中西医结合治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析收治的104例阑尾脓肿患者,分为西医治疗组46例,中西医结合治疗组58例。西医治疗组给予单纯B超导向下穿刺辅助抗生素治疗,中西医结合组除给予B超导向下穿刺及抗生素治疗外,同时口服阑尾清解汤以及局部外敷芙蓉散治疗,比较两组的住院时间、住院费用、脓肿消失时间以及两组临床疗效。结果:西医治疗组平均住院时间(19.6±14.6)d,远长于中西医结合治疗组平均住院时间(11.6±5.2)d,西医治疗组住院费用(30 153.7±13 680.3)元也远远高于中西医结合治疗组住院费用(18 238.7±7106.1)元。脓肿消失时间方面,中西医结合治疗组为(4.1±1.6)d,而西医治疗组为(5.9±4.2)d,结论:中西医结合治疗阑尾脓肿比单纯西医治疗住院时间短,费用低,脓肿消退快,是一种行而有效的治疗手段。Objective tive Chinese and western medicine.MethodsThere were 104 patients in our hospital which were divided in-to two groups, 46 of them were Western medicine treatment group and another 58 were integrative Chinese andwestern medicine treatment group. Those patients in western medicine treatment group were treated with SimpleB ultrasound guided puncture drainage and antibiotics. On this basis, the traditional Chinese and western medi-cine treatment groups, Except for the basic treatment, patients in this group were also given Oral appendix clearsoup and Lotus powder through partial externally applying. Finally we compared hospitalization time and fees, es-pecially abscess disappeared time and the clinical results.ResultsThe Western medicine group hospitaliza-tion time（19.6±14.6）days is far longer than the traditional Chinese and western medicine group hospitalizationtime（11.6±5.2）days. The hospitalization fee, the former（30153.7±13680.3）Yuan is much higher than the latter（18 238.7±7106.1）Yuan. The same, the abscess disappeared time in the traditional Chinese and western medi-cine group（4.1±1.6）days is lower than the Western medicine group（5.9± 4.2）days. By statistical analysis, inte-grative Chinese and western medicine treatment is shorter in hospitalization time, lower cost in fee, the abscessdisappeared time faster and effect better than Western medicine treatment.ConclusionThe integrative Chi-nese and western medicine is more effective.
