摘　　要：目的:探讨阿司匹林对多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)大鼠炎症反应的影响及其机制。方法:采用人绒毛膜促性腺激素和胰岛素皮下注射建立PCOS模型,观察阿司匹林对PCOS大鼠体质量、卵巢重量和病理、血清TNF-α、IL-6、胰岛素水平及卵巢TNF-α、IL-6mRNA表达的影响。结果:阿司匹林可剂量依赖性降低PCOS大鼠体质量和卵巢重量,减轻卵巢病理改变,血清TNF-α、IL-6、胰岛素含量和卵巢TNF-α、IL-6表达水平亦明显降低。结论:阿司匹林可通过其抗炎作用对PCOS大鼠产生保护作用。AIM：To study the effects of aspi- rin on inflammatory responses in polycystic o- varian syndrome （PCOS） rats. METHODS： Combined administration of human HCG and in- sulin was used for establishing PCOS rat model, PCOS rat weight, ovarian weight, morphology. The effects of aspirin on the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and insulin and the expression of IL-6 and TNF-α mRNA in ovarian tissue were observed. RESULTS： Aspirin treatment signifi- cantly reduced the rat weight and ovary weight in PCOS rats, the ovarian pathological changes, levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and insulin in serum and expressions of IL-6 and TNF-α mRNA in ovarian tissue were obviously reduced compared with the PCOS rats. CONCLUSION. Aspirin therapy has protective effect on PCOS rats and the effect is closely related to its anti-inflammatory effect.
