血清MFG-E8在老年冠心病中的抗炎作用及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:比较健康人和不同阶段冠心病患者的血清乳脂肪球表皮生长因子8(MFG-E8)浓度,分析其与冠状动脉病变程度的相互关系。方法:选取经冠脉造影确认冠心病的患者295例,健康人对照176例。通过Gensini评分来评估冠心病严重程度,用酶免疫设备酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清MFG-E8浓度,用自动生化分析仪和自动凝血分析仪检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等其他相关指标,并进行相关分析。结果:与对照组相比,病例组的血清MFG-E8水平极显著下降(P<0.01)。急性心肌梗死患者血清MFG-E8水平显著低于稳定型心绞痛患者(P<0.05)。MFG-E8与Gensini评分和hs-CRP呈负相关(r=-0.590,P<0.05;r=-0.512,P<0.05)。结论:血清MFG-E8水平与冠状动脉病变程度和临床事件的风险性呈负相关,MFG-E8有潜力成为血管并发症的一个检测指标。Objective：To investigate the serum milk fat globule EGF factor 8（MFG-E8）concentrations in aged patients with different stages of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CHD）and healthy persons,and to study the relationship between MFG-E8 and CHD.Methods：A total of 176 healthy persons as a control group and 295 patients with CHD confirmed by coronary angiography were selected for this study.The Gensini score was calculated for all of the patients with CHD to evaluate the CHD severity.Serum MFG-E8 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent as-say（ELISA）kit,while other indices including high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer and automatic coagulation analyzer.The statistical analysis of the data was processed.Results：Compared with the controls,the CHD group had a lower level of MFG-E8（P0.01）.The serum MFG-E8 in the acute myocardial infarction（AMI）group was significantly lower than that in the stable angina group（P0.05）.Further analysis showed that MFG-E8 had a negative association relationship with Gensini score and hs-CRP（r=-0.590,P0.05 and r=-0.512,P0.05）.Conclusion：Serum level of MFG-E8 is negatively associated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis and the risk of clinical events.MFG-E8 would be a potential marker of vascular complications.
