摘　　要：目的:探讨双耳重度感音神经性聋老年语后聋患者人工耳蜗植入的效果。方法:对我院2例双耳重度感音神经性聋老年患者行人工耳蜗植入术,观察植入效果及听力言语康复情况。结果:2例患者电极完全植入,除1例出现短暂眩晕外,均无感染、面瘫及耳鸣等并发症;术后言语识别率>80%,听力及言语能力康复良好。结论:对老年语后聋患者进行人工耳蜗植入术可获得较好的听力及言语康复效果,安全、可行。Objective：To evaluate the effects of cochlear implantation in postlingually deaf older adults with bilateral serious sensorineural hearing loss（SNHL）.Methods：Two patients with bilateral SNHL received cochlear implants.The data were analyzed retrospectively,covering a range of information from hearing evaluation and speech discrimination.Results：The cochlear prosthesis implantation was successfully performed for the two patients,with no infections,facial paralysis or tinnitus except momentary dizziness in one patient.Both of them had satisfactory outcome of hearing and verbal abilities,and the speech discriminationscore was over 80%.Conclusion：The cochlear prosthesis implantation is safe and feasible for postlingually deaf older adults,with satisfactory improvement of hearing and speech perception.
