摘 要:为得到编织程度与抗冲击性能间的关系,通过爆炸分离试验,对比4种编织复合材料的抗爆炸冲击性能。结果表明,机织结构的性能最优,针织次之,而传统的二步法和四步法较差,在2.0 g/m装药情况下均出现严重的分层损伤,说明层间强度与沿厚度方向编织程度密切相关。传统四步法编织复合材料的数值分析结果验证了±45°方向分层损伤的发生,指出层间强度是影响其抗爆炸冲击性能的最主要因素。Based on explosive separation tests,explosion impact resistance of four types of braided composite is compared in order to get the relationship between the braided degree and explosion impact resistance. The experiment results show that woven structure is best and knitting structure takes second place,traditional two-step and four-step braided structures are bad because severe delamination damage appears under the condition of 2.0 g/m charge. It is concluded that interlaminar strength is closely associated with the braided degree along the thickness direction. Numerical results of traditional four-step braided structure show that delamination in ±45° direction is the main failure mode and interlaminar strength is the most important factor for explosion impact resistance.
