摘 要:通过对1 500 MPa级以上30Mn Cr Ni Mo防弹钢板和配套的两种高强钢实芯焊丝进行斜Y型抗裂性试验,研究环境条件以及不同焊接热输入对高强钢实芯焊丝抗裂性的影响。结果表明:该防弹钢对冷裂纹敏感性很强,但是在不预热条件下,控制环境条件和热输入可以实现高强钢实芯焊丝在高拘束应力下,阻止裂纹的起裂与扩展;两种焊丝中,含Ni量高的焊丝抗裂性优于含Ni量低的焊丝。The Y groove weld cracking test was carried out with bulletproof steel plate 30 Mn Cr Ni Mo with ultimate strength above1 500 MPa and two kinds of high strength Ni-Cr-Mo series welding consumables. The effect of physical environment and different heat inputs on the crack resistance of high strength welding consumables was investigated. The results show that the bulletproof steel plate is very sensitive to cold cracking. However,if the environment and heat inputs are controlled properly,preheating can be avoided when bulletproof steel plates are welded with high strength Ni- Cr- Mo series welding consumables. The consumable with high content of Ni is better than that with low content of Ni in resistance to cold cracking.
