摘 要:采用超音速火焰喷涂制备2 mm厚的Ni Cr BSi-WC12Co涂层,并用3 k W光纤激光器对涂层进行重熔处理正交试验。对涂层组织、硬度、耐磨性等进行检测。结果表明:经激光重熔后,涂层的缺陷减少,耐磨性得到改善;激光重熔对激光功率较敏感,随着激光功率增大,结合强度增加,涂层缺陷也随之增加,涂层硬度先升高后下降,存在最大值;预热400℃时,涂层硬度能达到最高点,且裂纹得到较好控制;激光重熔涂层耐磨性能较HVOF涂层提高明显。HVOF- sprayed Ni Cr BSi coatings with a thickness of 2 mm were laser remelted with 3 k W fiber laser. The microsturcture,microhardness,wear- resistance of the coatings were analyzed. The results show that after laser remelting,defects of coating are reduced and wear-resistance of coatings is improved. Laser remelting is sensitive to power. While the power increases,bond-strength and cracks in coating both increase,hardness of coating climbs to a peak and fall down. Orthogonal test result shows that,when the preheating temperature comes to 400 ℃,hardness of coating reaches a peak,and the amount of crack keeps in a low range. The wear resistance of laser remelted coating is higher than that of HVOF sprayed coating.
