摘 要:为提高ZK60镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,对其表面化学镀镍工艺进行研究。用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究预处理层和镀镍层的形貌、成分及镀层结构。镀层的耐蚀性能通过极化曲线测试分析。研究结果表明:在镀镍过程中,Ni-P镀层优先在酸洗产生的腐蚀坑处形核;镀镍1 h后可获得均匀致密、无明显缺陷的非晶态Ni-P镀层,镀层厚为17.64μm,磷的质量分数达12.32%;在质量分数为3.5%Na Cl溶液中,镀层的自腐蚀电位为-0.43 V,腐蚀电流密度约为基体的1/20,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of ZK60 magnesium alloy,electroless nickel plating on ZK60 magnesium alloy was investigated. The morphology and composition of pretreatment coating and electroless nickel coating were studied by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The structure of nickel coating was studied by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD).Potentiodynamic polarization analysis was used to analyse the corrosion resistance of the coating. The results indicate that the Ni-P nucleates preferentially in micropores created during acid picking process. The subsequent amorphous electroless nickel coating is uniform and the thickness is 17.64 μm after l h deposition.Phosphorus mass fraction is 12.32. The corrosion potential is-0.43 V and the corrosion current density is about 1/20 of substrate in 3.5%Na Cl solution.
